How to use the KIOSK?

At the kiosk you can rent padel rackets or buy padel balls!

1. If you want a product from the kiosk, you first pay a reservation of €50
2. After paying for the reservation, you can get the desired products from the machine.
3. Make sure you close the door properly!
4. Between 2 and 48 hours, the deposit minus the amount for the chosen products will be refunded to your account.

Beware! Leave your email address and receive a confirmation.

1. Select 'Return racket'
2. Pay €15 with the same debit card you used to rent the racket with. Use this to check-in. The €15 will be credited back to your account immediately.
3. You can now open the door and put your racket(s) back slowly and 1 by 1.
4. Beware! When the LED strip starts flashing red and the alarm sounds, take the racket back and wait for the LED strip to turn green. Then try again.
5. When you have put all rackets back correctly, press confirm and that's it!
6. Between 2 and 48 hours, the deposit minus the amount for the chosen products will be refunded to your account.
7. If you have not returned your racket or have not returned it properly, a fine will automatically be deducted from your account!
8. If you have not received your money back after 48 hours, please contact your own bank. Their processing time may be longer

Faults or questions that really can’t wait? You can reach us via Whatsapp.

1. Create a Peakz Padel account if you don't have one yet: www.peakzpadel.nl/reserveren/account-aanmaken.
2. Take a photo of your student card.
3. Send us an email with the mail address you use for your Peakz Padel account, include the photo of your student card & your transaction ID / proof of payment number to the location. You can find the right email adres here: locations
4. Receive 5 credits on your account. You can use these to book a court next time.

Beware! You will receive a maximum of €5 in credits. You cannot rent multiple rackets with one student card.
